Your Role:‍

As our Production Associate, you stand as the sentinel of our coffee's essence and caliber. You uphold the dedication and perseverance our farmers invest in achieving our esteemed benchmarks. From sealing to shipment, you are the stalwart advocate of unmatched brilliance at every turn. Plus, immerse yourself in the art of our roasting techniques, tasting sessions, and coffee brewing mastery. After one year of working for the company, you will have the opportunity to travel to the source.

Your Responsibilities:

• Positive, inspiring attitude that enjoys nurturing other members of your team.
• Heavily detailed oriented when packaging, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation.
• Participate in weekly sessions on coffee profile development and quality control.
• Keep inventory up to date.
• Collaborate with our Customer Success team to ensure prompt deliveries.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional facility.
• Co-pilot our coffee delivery schedules – your role is critical to making sure coffees reach their destination.

• English & Spanish speakers.
• A trailblazer passion for learning everything about coffee.
• Physical ability to move +60lb coffee bins.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Eagerness to innovate, experiment, and share learnings.
• A team player attitude with a hunger for feedback and growth.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Design Thinking and Spanish language skills. Travel experience to coffee sources is a cherry on top!
