It said it couldn't be done but we pulled it off. Our Progeny Farm may not be located in prime coffee growing altitudes but with close attention to detail and the coffee being exquisitely processed after harvest we were able to grow a very floral and sweet tasting coffee. This coffee is intensely sweet and bright with stone fruit flavors dominating in the body of this cup. This coffee moves in stages, at first you can taste notes of caramel and then light peach fruit that pairs quite nicely together.
The mouthfeel of this coffee is round yet delicate and it closes out with a jasmine floral finish. We are quite thrilled at how delicious this coffee is. This is a great afternoon delight for those looking for something mellow but exciting. We recommended taking it slow and brewing this with a Chemex using a 1:17 brew ratio.
