Cielo is a lightly roasted coffee coming from the Pitalito, Huila region of Colombia. It's well balanced from sip to finish. Offering flavors of Black Cherry, Citrus, and Brown Sugar with a crisp finish. Our preferred way to brew this coffee is with a Chemex or Hario V-60.
