This fully washed coffee comes to us from Finca Jardin located in Chinchina, Caldas, which is noted as being one of the biggest coffee-producing regions in Colombia.
When you brew Bondad you will notice the sweet aromatics of caramel, scents of dried red fruit, and a delicate floral fragrance that fills the space you’re brewing in. On the first initial sip, Bondad is crisp almost like biting into a ripe fuji apple, as this coffee moves throughout your taste buds you’ll notice the flavors are bright and pronounced. The body of this coffee is silky smooth and as your coffee cools to a drinkable temperature you’ll notice the stone fruit and floral notes shine through.
We recommended taking it slow when brewing Bondad and using a pour-over method of your choice. Preferably a Chemex using 1:17 ratio
